Terry Ayers-Ryan – Owner / President ,a natural leader with 14+ years of professional leadership, executive customer sales, service and experience in marketing. I have a background in the pharmaceutical industry, a Bachelor’s of Science in Organizational Management and Master’s of Business Administration from East Tennessee State University only broadens the expertise of our team that will continue to operate Highrise Medical Supply, LLC with effectiveness and efficiency. My passion to succeed, combined with my enthusiastic personality, enables me to drive volume, increase shares, reduce expenses and enhance customer satisfaction while maximizing operational efficiency. I believe in the importance of becoming a vital member of our community and demonstrate my involvement by serving on the YWCA Executive Board of Directors, YWCA Emerge Committee and Walking the Relay for Life and Making Strides.

Carpenter – Co-Owner / Vice President Bachelors of Science in Organizational Management and Leadership, Bluefield College – Over 15+ years of professional human resources management and leadership expertise – Experience spans from various industries including government, manufacturing, community services and healthcare in multifaceted roles such as Director of Human Resources, Director of Performance Improvement and Director of Business Operations. Served in the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsmen, Completed tour of duty just prior to the initiation of Operation Desert Storm, Completed basic training at Naval Training Center in Orlando, Florida, Attended A school training at the Great Lakes Naval Training Center in Great Lakes, Illinois. Stationed at Cherry Point Marine Corps Air Station and assigned to the Naval Hospital, Performed an array of clinical and medical administrative duties that included assisting in the prevention and treatment of disease, injury and assisted health care professionals in providing medical care to Navy personnel and their families.
